Licenses

This page lists all the licenses your organization owns and can assign to its devices (Fixed Retail Scanners, Handheld Scanners, and Mobile Computers).

Licenses

The first column shows the device category and the license type.

The available device categories are:

  • FRS - Fixed Retail Scanners
  • HHS - Handheld Scanners
  • MOB - Mobile Computers.

The available license types are:

  • Essential - Provides device visibility, including real-time telemetry, diagnostics, and RMA management.

  • Professional - Provides device visibility and allows you to set a new configuration.

  • Premium - Provides device visibility, allows you to set a new configuration, and unlocks advanced analytics.

The Available device seats field displays the number of remaining slots in a license that can be assigned to your devices.

The Available credits field displays the number of remaining credits in a license.

Licenses cannot be assigned to Host and Edge devices.
