Licenses

This page lists all the licenses your organization owns and can assign to its devices (Handheld Scanners, , Mobile Computers).

Licenses

The first column shows the device category and the license type.

The available device categories are:

  • FRS - Fixed Retail Scanners
  • HHS - Handheld Scanners
  • MOB - Mobile Computers.

The available license types are:

  • Essential - Provides device visibility, including real-time telemetry, diagnostics, and RMA management.

  • Professional - Provides device visibility and allows to set a new configuration.

  • Premium - Provides device visibility, allows to set a new configuration, and unlocks advanced analytics.

The Available device seats field displays the number of remaining slots in a license that can be assigned to your devices.

The Available credits field displays the number of remaining credits in a license.

Licenses cannot be assigned to Host and Edge devices.
