The Device Visibility page provides a comprehensive view of your connected devices.

Main Features

• Device List: View all devices registered to the platform and manage their visibility.

  • Add a New Device: Register new devices to the platform.
  • Filter Settings: Filter devices by various criteria.

• Device Groups: Organize and manage your devices by creating custom groups.

• Actions: Send commands to groups of devices and manage scheduled or saved actions.

Individual Device Management

When viewing a specific device, you can access:

• Device Overview: View detailed information about the device.
• Commands: Send commands supported by the selected device.
• Battery Management: Monitor battery status for wireless devices.
• Device Location Tracking: Track and monitor device locations.
• Connected Devices: View devices connected to your main devices.
• Remote Control: Remotely control and manage individual devices.
• Services: View RMAs related to the device.
